We pride ourselves on trying to cover as much of the Rust Belt as we possibly can within our means. One of the ways we have tried to expand our resources is by offering blogs from citizen journalists across the region. We currently have recurring guest bloggers from St. Louis, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Detroit, and we’re always looking for more!

What makes our Rust Belt so unique is the intense passion of the individuals who call it home. Each of us has a story about why we love our cities; why we stay when others flee; and why we fight to make them even better for future generations. We want to hear your story. Actually we want everyone to hear your story.

Don’t fret! This doesn’t have to be a writing assignment; if you feel most comfortable creating a video or podcast, it’s all up to you. We simply want to engage with your passion, showcase it others who can use it as inspiration, and tell the world why we fight for the Rust Belt.
